With our stretching kit, every client has the ability to stretch at the comfort of their own home, or even while traveling! Our kits include a dual ball, a single ball and a stretching strap. Here are some tutorials you can follow using the kit!
Great stretch for hamstrings! Helps elongate muscles on your legs and relieve lower back pain.
Single leg quadricep stretch can help relieve hip and knee pain. This stretch is great for people that lift weights, cycle, or spend a lot of time sitting down
Great stretch for plantar fasciitis, for women who wear heels, or for anyone who is on their feet for a long period of time.
Pectoral stretch and active release using single ball. This stretch is great for anyone with rounded shoulders, or anyone that is sitting in front of a computer for long periods of time. Make sure the only thing touching the wall is the ball.
Rotator cuff stretch using our single ball. This stretch is great for anyone that plays tennis, golf, or any sports that involve throwing balls. This is a great way to relieve tension in the rotator cuff and can help with pain and posture.
