Welcome to the Jo Stretch Blog!

We are so glad to have you here. In these unprecedented times, we have been having to get creative when our favorite places are closed during the pandemic. Virtual workout classes and park workouts have gotten more popular, but what about your stretching routine?

Stretching is just as important as your workout, as it allows you to properly prepare your muscles for a workout and prevent injury, as well as maximize your performance. After a workout is great too — your muscles are warm and more pliable, which allows for an even deeper and successful stretch.

Our studio thrives off of health, wellness, and increasing the flexibility and mobility of our Jo Stretch family. We are still happy and healthy here in the studio, and LOVE seeing our clients. In fact, our staff is almost 100% vaccinated against COVID-19, which is the absolute game changer into ensuring health and safety for us and our clients.

We completely understand and support those who are not able to come join us in the studio. With that being said, we have numerous stretching tutorials that can give pointers to guide your stretching. We swear by our Jo Stretch kit, which includes our famous single green ball, double green ball, and self stretching strap to get deeper when stretching on your own. The kit comes in a washable carrying pouch with a drawstring so you can bring your kit with you to any workout class.

Additionally, we offer at home stretching sessions where our professional stretchers will come to your home or backyard with all components of our in-studio stretches. We can also work with you in a virtual session from the comforts of your home.
