Nehemiah

Hi, my name is Nehemiah. I graduated from Grand Canyon University earning my bachelors in

Exercise Science with an Emphasis in Sports Performance. I aspire to live an active lifestyle

whether it is by choosing fitness or personal hobbies. I have experience in working with all ages

from pediatrics to geriatrics in a rehab setting and as a strength coach. As a Stretch Practitioner

at Jo Stretch, my goals for each client are to provide a session individualized for them that fits

their needs and to become more independent with age doing everyday activities! I look forward

to being a part of your Health and Wellness journey.
